Barber Jobs in North Park

If you're a barber in North Park looking for a shop worth committing to, we're close by and we're worth a conversation. Here's the short version of what this is.

Where we are relative to North Park

We're on Adams Avenue in Normal Heights, about five minutes from North Park along University Avenue. Close enough that the commute never becomes the reason you leave a job.

Why barbers come to us

• Your book fills faster here. On your own it takes years. The booking and rebooking systems and the team around you are built to shorten that considerably.
• Competitive pay. Our barbers make money.
• Marketing is handled. We have a full content studio in the shop. It's a whole lot easier to deliver your best behind the chair when somebody else is carrying the marketing and the systems.
• Continued education. We invest in our barbers' success, with training aimed at building elite career barbers.
• A real path. Educator, shop owner or high-ticket service provider, if that's what you want.

What we're looking for

A valid California barber's license, an open schedule, excellent hospitality, and coachability — people who take feedback as a gift. We're a media-focused shop, so a willingness to be in front of a camera matters too. We'll help you get there.

Come see the shop

The best way to know whether a shop fits is to stand in it while it's running. Fill out the form, then come by from North Park and see how the room actually works.
